Sir Nick Faldo return to Angkor Golf Resort to raise green conservation awareness; planted trees and released turtles in the award winning golf course.

Saturday 23rd October saw former World number one golfer; Sir Nick Faldo visit in what was specifically a site visit to Angkor Golf Resort. Faldo's, last visit was in December 2007 when he officially opened Angkor Golf Resort. 



Sir Nick took the opportunity to raise some green issues by releasing endangered freshwater turtles into the lakes of Angkor Golf Resort and planting trees next to the green number 5. He was also delighted to see the high standard of maintenance and service being achieved at a course that has been in operation for under 3 years. Sir Nick departed for Phnom Penh on Sunday.
