Victoria Angkor Golf Resort Pro Am

The rains that had threatened all week were not enough to dampen the spirits of 52 Australian golfers who played over the well manicured greens of Angkor Golf Resort in the second Victoria Angkor Resort
Pro Am last week.

Winner of the Victoria Angkor Golf Resort Pro Am 2010; Rodger Davis dresses up for the occasion

A field of 15 professional golfers and 37 amateur golfers competed in the four round stroke play for professionals and stableford scoring system for amateurs. 
 
Former World top 10 and 1987 British Open runner up legend Rodger Davis set the standard with scores of 68, 69 72, 69 to finish with a ten under total of 278. Final round birdies at holes 5 and 6 and
11 and 13 allowed Davis to win from second placed Steve Morshuis who finished with a one over 73. 

Players and Non players of the visiting group then enjoyed the true Khmer hospitality laid on by Victoria Angkor Resort with a sumptuous buffet dinner to finish another successful Pro Am event in Siem Reap
